📦 Delivery Conditions

 Shipping Methods

All shipments are made via tracked express courier, with delivery to the address provided at the time of the order (private or business).

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping for orders over €50.
  • For orders under €50, the cost is €5 within Italy and €10 for European countries.
  • In case of a return:
  • If the order is under €50, shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • If the order is over €50, the refund will be full.

Shipping Times

  • Orders received by 12:00 PM are processed the same day (Monday to Friday).
  • Items marked as online only may require a few extra days for shipping.
  • If purchasing items from different warehouses, the order may be split into multiple shipments.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery within 24/48 business hours from shipment.
  • For remote locations, islands (Sicily, Sardinia) and Calabria, delivery may take 72/96 hours.

Couriers Used
We rely on multiple couriers (e.g., Poste Italiane, DHL, GLS, BRT, TNT), selected based on performance, strikes, or operational issues.

Delivery Responsibility

  • By confirming the order, the customer also assumes the responsibility to receive the package at the indicated address.
  • Please carefully check the receipt of transactional emails, including those in junk/spam folders, as they contain all useful information to track the shipment.
  • Although we always request a courtesy call in the delivery instructions, the courier is not required to make one.
  • In case of an incorrect or incomplete address or if the recipient is absent, we cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery.
  • Each undelivered package represents avoidable environmental waste: we kindly ask you to pay attention during the ordering process to contribute to more conscious consumption.

Peak Season
During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may experience significant delays.
Such delays are not attributable to Check Point, as they are unpredictable and beyond our direct control: there is no concrete action Check Point can take to speed up deliveries in these circumstances.
